Choose Feral is about reconnecting with nature — wild, raw, and real. It's a reminder to trust your body, your roots, and the healing power of the earth. This brand was born from my personal cancer journey, and everything I make is grounded in that truth.

🌿 Are your products really 100% natural?

Yes! I only use natural, earth-grown ingredients — no synthetic fragrances, no fillers, and no preservatives I wouldn’t use on my own kids. If I don’t make it or grow it, I source it from trusted, ethical suppliers.

🧴 How do I use your salves and infused oils?

Every product comes with easy instructions, but if you ever need help, just reach out. I recommend starting with a small patch test to check for sensitivities.

⚠️ What if I have an allergy?

Please read all ingredient lists carefully! I use herbs, oils, and botanicals that can cause reactions in some people. Always patch test and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Choose Feral is not responsible for allergic reactions.

🚚 When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. I hand-make everything myself, so thank you for your patience! You’ll get tracking info once it’s on the way.

📬 Do you accept returns?

Because my products are personal care items, all sales are final. But if something arrives damaged or there’s a mistake with your order, I’ll make it right. Just email paigepetersheim@chooseferal.org within 7 days of delivery.
