📦 Shipping Policy

Choose Feral is a one-woman show, handcrafting each product with love and care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

• Shipping Methods: All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking.

• Domestic Shipping Only: At this time, we ship within the U.S.

• Flat Rate Shipping: Orders ship at a flat rate [insert flat rate if applicable].

• Free Shipping: On orders over [insert amount if you offer it].

You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please understand that shipping delays due to USPS or natural causes are outside of our control.

📬 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in USPS’s control. If your package is delayed, please reach out to USPS first with your tracking info. If it’s lost or damaged, email paigepetersheim@chooseferal.org and I’ll do my best to help.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and personal-care nature of these products, all sales are final. This ensures product integrity and hygiene safety for all customers.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your package. I’m happy to make it right!
